Both cold and hot coffee contain antioxidants and other essential nutrients essential to living an overall healthier life; both drinks also aid in weight loss while decreasing disease risks.
Cold coffee tends to be healthier because it contains less caffeine, which can have negative impacts on sleep quality, hormone regulation and even blood sugar.
