Dallmayr Delicatessen House was established over 300 years ago in Munich and has become one of the largest delicatessen houses in Europe. Their Stammhaus store in the center of Munich features 19 specialist departments such as coffee, pralines, wine, sausage & ham, fruit & vegetable, bread pasta meat cold & warm buffet and cold/warm buffet items. Furthermore there is also two starred restaurant on site as well as cafe-bistro/raw bar facilities onsite; in addition rock oysters on ice production takes place locally at Dallmayr factories around Munich.

Dallmayr offers over 120 varieties of tea in its tea department. At its core lies sustainability: for instance, Dallmayr Organic Darjeeling tea has been certified organic by DE-OKO-001 inspection body and boasts a much lower carbon footprint compared to standard varieties. Dallmayr sets out on this “Via Verde”, or green path, in order to conserve natural resources, reduce carbon emissions, and protect our planet in this way.

Dallmayr coffee is well-known for its exceptional quality and has used only organically grown beans since 2009. As of today, Dallmayr processes over 57,000 tonnes annually from five locations in Germany; product lines include Prodomo, Classic, Crema d’Oro Italian Coffee Line and their exclusive Ethiopia ranges.

The organic (Bio) seal on products guarantees that all their ingredients come from certified organic farms where farmers use environmentally friendly pesticides and fertilisers, helping reduce soil carbon content while protecting climate.
