If it only concerns coffee and does not include ingredients which are forbidden (i.e. alcohol, pork, blood or animal fat) it should be halal. Unfortunately it can be difficult to ascertain exactly what ingredients are included since companies frequently change their formulation and what was once acceptable might become unacceptable over time.
