Be sure to use a ceramic tea pot that keeps water at an optimum temperature during its steep time; this will enhance both flavor and medicinal benefits of mushrooms. Add your mushroom blend and simmer gently for approximately 20 minutes, so as to liquify them and make it much simpler for your body to absorb them. This process will liquify the shrooms for greater absorption into your system. Once steeping is completed, remove and strain out the mushrooms (remember to squeeze out as much good stuff as you can before placing in your gummies!). Next add ginger chai bags and mint leaves as desired. Mint will ease cramps, diarreah and gas while chai soothes any indigestion from mushrooms. Add lemon juice to reduce pH level and dissolve alkaloids more soluble. Pour your tea into a few molds quickly as liquid will stiffen quickly; I prefer pouring one color at a time.
