How Many Cups of Coffee Are Healthy?
Answering this question is highly subjective as genetics and other factors play a part in how our bodies react to caffeine and other compounds present in coffee. But some research indicates that drinking coffee regularly may reduce your risk for various health problems including type 2 diabetes and liver cirrhosis. Furthermore, coffee contains phenols known to reduce Parkinson’s disease incidence while three or more cups daily were linked with lower Alzheimer’s dementia risk – though bear in mind that toppings like cream, sugar or syrup may add calories and saturated fats which may counter some of coffee’s benefits.
