This exquisite product was developed through collaboration among GoodSAM, small farmers and indigenous communities that shared in taking pride in caring for their land while using regenerative practices on farms through meaningful collaborations and capacity building approaches resulting in this extraordinary collaboration!
This coffee is shade grown on small organic farms and mountain water processed (MWP). The resultant medium roast has notes of citrus fruit and toffee. Produced at Pachamama Cooperative of Small-Scale Farmer Producers – an innovative global cooperative entirely run and owned by farmers themselves.
