I bought this for Skin and joints and It seems to work well for keeping my range of motion and my skin looks good in my 60’s, but I also took another brand long before switching to this one too. Not some, but all of my capsules are 1/3 to 1/2 full, I don’t know how many mg are in the capsules, if it is what the label says, it’s a very small amount of powder for what is stated on the bottle, but just as many are less than half full. I don’t have time, but it seems I will need to open quite a few and weigh the powder to get an idea of how much I’m really getting on average, before knowing if this is a good or a bad value.If it is simply the capsule is oversized for the amount of powder it takes to fulfill what is listed, that’s fine, I don’t like having fillers in my supplements, but what bothers me is the difference in the amount of powder in so many of them.
