How to access the back office?

As an independent distributor for Organo Gold, your back office serves as your online control panel to manage and track sales. Once logged in, you can access it from any device with internet access – where you’ll see orders, commissions and Autoship details as well as your personal profile and genealogy view.

Use the Back Office to make changes to your account, including changing its business name or email address, password and time zone settings as well as selecting another language for its interface. Note that changing these settings will only impact yourself; they won’t have an effect on any of the other users who share a Loyverse account – however any account owner must approve any modifications they wish to make to their business.

How to login to the back office?

Employees with Back Office access or individuals who have purchased Organo Gold products can log into the Back Office using their user name and password, each consisting of six digits; should you forget your login information, click “forgot username or password?” on the log in page in order to reset them.

Note that your back office and front office are distinct entities. While your customers access and purchase products in your front office, the back office houses all the administrative tools you’ll need to run your store smoothly and successfully.

Logging in to your Back Office is easiest on a computer or laptop; although iPad or iPhone users can also log in, but may find it more challenging than its use is on a computer. When signing in for the first time, the Point of Sale app will prompt you to enter your Back Office user name and password before activating PIN protection if available (otherwise please select Forgot Password? on Back Office login page).

How to reset your password to the back office?

If you have forgotten or lost your password to the back office, there are a few methods for resetting it. First, ensure you’re using a computer or laptop equipped with a web browser capable of supporting HTML5 and running Adobe Flash Player version 17 installed; this will allow you to access all pages within the back office without issue. Secondly, log in and click “Reset Password” under Users to create and confirm a new password, entering it twice to confirm it before clicking “Authenticate” to complete resetting it.

Once you’ve changed your password, log into the back office with your new credentials. Be sure to keep this new password safe and secure and don’t share it with anyone else.

If a member cannot recall their password for the Info Hub, you can manually reset it from the back office by navigating to an individual contact profile and selecting the ellipsis icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Select User Login and manually set password – note this is not automated as soon as the member receives their new password so they can prevent unauthorized access in future.
