This tea is great for soothing stomach discomfort by relieving cramps, diarreah and gas. Bring two cups of water to boil in a tea kettle then combine dried yarrow flowers and finely cut shitake mushroom slices before pouring the entire mix over dried yarrow flowers and finely chopped shittake shrooms for best results.
