Certain mushroom supplements may cause side effects. People with autoimmune conditions or allergies should avoid drinking ryze mushroom coffee regularly; those on blood thinners or diabetes medications should consult their physician first before doing so.

1. Bloating

Furthermore, pregnant or breastfeeding women as well as individuals suffering from kidney diseases or autoimmune conditions should avoid consuming mushroom coffee due to potential safety concerns.

7. Stomach pain

Though medicinal mushrooms are known to contain antioxidant properties that benefit the human body, research on its impact remains limited (7).

As with any dietary supplement or new ritual, it’s essential to pay close attention to side effects and adjust accordingly. Consult a medical professional if you have an existing medical condition or take medications; otherwise start off small (a half serving). This way you’ll get a sense of whether this drink suits you; if not there are plenty of functional drinks out there you can try!

8. Digestion issues
