However, keep in mind they do contain more calories than white sugar so consume sparingly.
When purchasing natural, unrefined sugar for coffee use, make sure it’s of high quality variety. Avoid purchasing brands contaminated by excess moisture that will cause it to clump together, and store your sugar in an airtight container in a cool dark location to preserve freshness and ensure its superior flavor. This will also prevent any clumping.
