Cars and Coffee events are semi-structured yet informal car meet-ups designed to give enthusiasts a chance to showcase their vehicles, grab coffee, and discuss cars with other enthusiasts. Attendance is free; donations made at each event would be much appreciated by organizers; these events began here in Southern California but have quickly spread worldwide.

It is essential that guests remain respectful by not touching or leaning against anyone’s vehicle – this could make owners uneasy and keeping your distance from open windows is also advised; no engine revving or burnouts!

Organising a cars and coffee event requires finding local businesses willing to sponsor it. Start by finding mechanics, tire shops, insurance companies and vendors who cater specifically to car people – mechanics, tire shops, insurance companies etc – who would be happy to host tables, provide giveaways and meet with customers about their car needs – they could even bring their vehicles along – this way you will increase customer outreach while simultaneously receiving extra funds to promote and cover expenses like coffee donuts and signage!
