The Court found Cocheu, Gallardo, Organo Gold International and Holton Buggs (collectively Appellants) guilty of trade secret misappropriation, tortious interference with contracts, unjust enrichment and fraudulent transfer. A jury also awarded damages to AmeriSciences.
