How to Brew Magic Mushroom Tea
Mushroom tea is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to reap all of the health benefits associated with mushrooms, while simultaneously elevating your psychedelic journey. Making mushroom tea is straightforward, yielding delicious and nutritous results!
Consuming mushroom tea has numerous health advantages that can boost immunity, reduce stress and depression, lower blood pressure, facilitate detoxification and digestion, as well as increase energy levels. Most edible mushroom varieties contain antioxidants that fight free radicals which cause inflammation in the body and speed aging; when properly prepared mushroom teas can provide both earthy and subtly stimulating benefits depending on which variety you use for brewing.
To make mushroom tea, simply boil some water and combine your dried mushroom of choice with ground or chopped pieces for optimal brewing in hot water. A ratio of 1-2 tablespoons per cup of water should suffice. After it has brewed for 20 minutes or so, strain out and enjoy your mushroom tea!
Use mushroom powder instead of dried mushrooms when making tea, for an accurate dose control that’s suitable for microdosing. To do so, all you’ll need is a grinder and an accurate set of scales measuring in milligrams; after which weigh out small amounts to fill each capsule.
Capsules are another effective and convenient method of taking magic mushrooms, as you can more precisely control the dose you consume and avoid raw mushrooms’ taste and texture. To create mushroom capsules, all that’s required to create one is finely ground powder of your desired edible mushroom and empty capsules; this way you can accurately fill each one with an amount that meets your individual needs and take them with food or liquid as appropriate.
