Is Panera Coffee Organic?
Coffee can be one of the more challenging beverages to craft well, with large bakery/restaurant/fast food chains such as Tim Hortons using cheap, subpar quality beans (Tim Hortons) or failing to disclose where their coffee originates (Wendy’s). Panera has made an effort to source its Light Roast coffee from sustainable farms focused on sustainability and quality production; La Minita in Costa Rica provides them with their source. Shade grown, harvested at peak ripeness for quality assurance purposes – plus it’s Certified Fair Trade AND Organic too.
